Most AI projects start with a tool and go looking for somewhere to put it. We start with the process: what it costs you in hours and money, why it works the way it does, and whether AI is the right fix at all. Sometimes the answer is a workflow change, a policy, or ordinary software with no AI in it. We tell you either way.

The Build
The fix the Diagnostic prioritized, built to a scope, tested against agreed criteria and handed over to a named owner. Every build includes an adoption period; heavier support and ongoing operation are scoped separately.

What happens on the 30-minute call, and who is it with?

Do I have to commit to anything after the Diagnostic?
No. The Blueprint is a decision document, and one decision it can record is not to proceed. If a Build follows, it is scoped and priced on its own. Either way, you stop guessing.
What does it cost?
The first call is free. The AI Strategy Diagnostic is a fixed fee against a written scope, between $2,500 and $5,000, confirmed after the call once we know how many people and workflows it covers. A Build is priced the same way, agreed before work begins.
We already tried AI and it did not work. Why would this be different?
Usually one of two things went wrong: it started with a tool instead of the process, or the system worked and people routed around it. We start with the process, and we design who runs the system, who checks it and how it fits daily work as part of the build.
Will this mean cutting people?
No. We decline work whose business case depends on removing people. Used only to cut cost, AI hits a floor quickly; used to extend what your team can take on, it does not. Staffing decisions after handover are yours.
Do you work in Spanish, and where are you based?
Yes. We work in English and in Spanish, and deliverables are written in the language your business runs in. Leo is Venezuelan, led digital products across Latin America before founding DynAmIc, and is based in Golden, Colorado. We work remotely by default and on site in the Denver area when the work needs it.
